Due to continuous growth of my client’s organisation, two opportunities have arisen for experienced Electrical Design Engineers with a background in Building Services to join the team on a permanent basis in Bristol. The successful Engineers will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £35,000 plus a comprehensive package of benefits.
The position of Electrical Design Engineer requires applicants to be degree qualified and ideally hold or be working towards chartered status. A background in Building Services is essential and knowledge of Part L building regulations is highly desirable. With my client’s strong focus on modern design methods, Engineers with familiarity of Renewable Energy Technologies and the BREEAM code for sustainable Homes, will have considerable advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing Electrical systems for the building services
- Writing technical specifications
- Designing Lighting Schemes, Electrical Schematics, Cable Sizing
- Attending project and site meetings
Due to the nature of my client’s growth, we are happy to accept applications from all levels of experience, graduates with a year’s industry experience will be considered as will highly experienced engineers looking for a senior level position.
