Associate Building Services Engineer (mechanical)
£40,000 - £48,000 + pension + car allowance

Due to a period of continuous and sustainable growth, my client has a requirement for a highly experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to take on an Associate level position in Cardiff on a permanent basis. In addition to the basic salary of £40,000 - £48,000, a competitive package is offered including pension and a car allowance.
The Associate Engineer will need to have significant experience in the Building Services sector and previous responsibility of both staff and budgetary management. Reporting into the Senior Managing Associate you will be responsible for ensuring effective management and support is offered to a multidiscipline workforce.
A background in mechanical building services design is essential and knowledge of design and calculation software such as Hevacomp, IES or TAS is highly desirable. This position requires the ability to communicate at all levels and maintain a hands-on approach to design. Applicants should have familiarity with low energy and low carbon technologies and solutions. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Part L building regulations.
